Selling Nokia to Microsoft about to be finalized
For a few days things are accelerating around the acquisition of Nokia by Microsoft. Following the publication yesterday of a letter addressed to the suppliers of Nokia indicating upcoming changes including a new billing address and a new name, Nokia has today published a press release announcing the completion of the sale.

The date of completion of the sale was confirmed by Brad Smith, Microsoft's general counsel, indicating that all legal barriers have been removed for this 'deal' Microsoft expected "now able to present the next billion customers Microsoft services via Nokia mobile phones."
